"If you master only one herb in your life, master cayenne pepper. It is more powerful than any other." - Dr. Richard Schulze, Medical Herbalist from herbdoc.com.

Hats off to you! You've just plunged into a wealth of information that hardly any professional doctors have a clue about. Get ready to relish in the brilliance of the kitchen miracle that surgeons shun and doctors disgrace.

A sea of unknown, unrevealed information awaits you. This book will act as your guide, so that you will soon be able to harness the full power of cayenne - the herb I once took for granted, and the herb that I now owe my health.

Everyone out there seems to be promoting good health. Well, that's great. Good health is something that needs to be promoted.

You need herbs, not drugs. You need nature, not synthetics. You need to use the proven, natural, side-affect-free healers that the earth is full of, not the clear, cold liquids that scientists processed through a test tube.

If I had the time, I'd drive from house to house, shaking people out of their beds and telling them to wake up to the miracles of cayenne. But I can't, so I've got the next best thing.

This report, which I've been compiling for a while, is brimming with the fiery brilliance of cayenne and all that I've found out about it.

For example, cayenne has been known to cure 17 big diseases . It has been known to stop a heart attack in a matter of minutes. It can sharpen your vision better than the most powerful contact lenses available. It can expand your arteries like anything, giving the blood room to really flow and travel everywhere, from your arms (giving you strength) to your brain (giving you better brainpower). It can cure arthritis and much, much more.

If your heart can't pump enough blood to a certain area, take cayenne pepper.

Because if you're on prescription medications, you could take up to a year (or more!) to heal. But if you take cayenne, you could cut it down to a month or two.

Did you know that if you take garlic in the right proportions, you can bring your blood pressure back to normal in three months?

Well, if you add cayenne, you could cut that down to three days.

Cayenne can unclog your kidneys and your sinuses, allow you to breathe freely and restore broken, bleeding gums to normal.

Cayenne, in short, is a kitchen miracle.

I owe my health to cayenne. I hope that by reading this report, you soon will too.

To your health,
Sharon Daniels

I was a bit skeptical about this "Miracle Healer..." but I am hooked on the heat. Like many "miracle" products it seemed too good to be true. Seemed to not only make you healthy but wealthy and wise... Just kidding..! Cayenne according to the author seemed to be a cure all. She did put in some caveats that helped ground some of the claims for the pepper. I started taking cayenne as a way to reduce blood pressure. There was a small drop but not significant. I even measured BP before and after taking cayenne with no improvement. I then reread the book and it noted that the pepper with garlic is the way to reduce BP. Ah ha! The light bulb appeared so I am in process of trying the garlic pepper trick. I have used it for upset stomach with success. I have on occasion suffered with migraine that is manifested by creating temporary partial blindness. No real solution for that other then antihistamines and acetaminophen and time. "Blessed" with a migraine the other day, took my white cane over to the kitchen, heaped a quarter teaspoon of cayenne into a couple table spoons of salsa (hey...what better way to get veggies?!) Didn't need the white cane after 10-15 minutes. Joy-Joy-happy-happy...!! Plus no drugged out feeling after the episode. Wonder if I am getting addicted to that red powder? Amazing how well it spices up my berries and yogurt. A quarter teaspoon in a couple tablespoons of yogurt mixed with the berries just adds a little kick to the eat. Can't really taste the heat in the yogurt and berries. Since we are all different it may or may not work as well for everyone. Even if it is just the placebo effect that makes one feel better... why would I not take advantage of the pepper fix?!

Cayenne Pepper Cures Miracle Healers From The Kitchen Volume 1 Sharon Daniels 9781481884433 Books Reviews

While some of the prose is repetitive and the author goes a bit overboard in her use of enthusiastic language, this short treatise on the effects of cayenne pepper is a gem.

I started taking lower heat cayenne a couple of weeks ago for my digestion issues (too many years on Prilosec). While it has worked wonders in that regard, I noticed that I felt a bit faint when I exercised. After reading this book, I understand why.

Cayenne "equalizes" blood pressure and it's a mild diuretic. I'd been using it in combination with Texas Cedarwood oil, which is also a natural diuretic. I didn't drink much the day before. I was experiencing both lower blood pressure than I was used to, and mild dehydration.

Thanks to this book, I understand the contributing factors to the faint feeling. Lowering blood pressure is a obviously a very good thing, but requires giving the body time to adjust. This is why she recommends not overdoing it at the beginning. I've increased my fluid consumption and backed off a bit on the cayenne (and cederwood oil) and now I feel the benefits without the discomfort.
I've used cayenne pepper in the past for a cooking spice but never knew of its healing properties. Today I bought a bottle of "Simply Organic" cayenne pepper and added it to my seasoned pepper mix. Specifically; a one to one mixture of "Lawry's" Seasoned Pepper, "Watkins" all natural gourmet Ground Turmeric and "Simply Organic Cayenne Pepper. I use this on just about everything I eat that you would normally use pepper on. I also intend to begin adding straight cayenne pepper to my tea every morning as described in your book. I am hopeful that this will aid in my overall health improvement in the future. I am a 75 year old man, in generally good health, who hopes to stave off any arthritis woes that may attack in the future. I live with COPD but other than that I am in pretty good health.
This is a very good, informative and easy to read book. I have actually read it through about 3 or 4 times. I have always loved spicy stuff, in particular peppers, but I actually had no idea how much power cayenne peppers packed--health wise, that is. I stumbled up on the health benefits of them when I did a juice cleanse, it was suggested that I drink a teaspoon of cayenne in regular temperature water every morning before drinking my juice. I liked how it made me feel. Then I decided to go a step further and research the health benefits of it, and was totally blown away at what I discovered--this led me to Sharon Daniels book Cayenne Pepper Cures Miracle Healers From The Kitchen. The health benefits that I experienced were almost immediate. I could feel a difference in my joints, they didn't hurt and weren't stiff. I could climb 3 flights of stairs without any problems from my knees. I haven't really had a headache --sinus or otherwise since I started drinking the tea. I feel really calm and relaxed, like there is never going to be a problem with my blood pressure--I tend to have an elevated bp read when I go to the doctor, I just might overcome that at my next visit. If I drink the tea at night, I sleep very sound and wake in the morning without any stiffness. My stomach is actually shrinking, my clothes are hanging off of me, and I'm not complaining. I don't eat as much, and I am easily filled once I sit down to eat. I love it. I think this book is wonderful. I have experienced so many benefits that it's too many to enumerate in this review. I told my sister about it, and she started drinking the tea, she takes bp meds, she called her doctor to inquire about drinking the tea and she told her Yes, yes, drink it. I can't wait to see all of the wonderful benefits you've received by your next visit." My sister also has ulcers, and she says her stomach feel s wonderful. I rated this book 5 stars, but that's only because I can't give it a 10. I like this book very much.
